  2. Thorough tenant screening including, criminal, income verification, credit report, pedophile, liens/judgments, and more. A full tenant summary will be furnished to owners for final acceptance or denial.
  3. Complete lease construction and advisement by on-site Attorney, that specializes in Florida Property Management Law. Pictures and inventory record of the entire home prior to occupancy.
  4. Quarterly and documented inspections to insure the tenant remains in compliance of the lease.
  5. 24hr maintenance with after hour pager system to assist tenants always.
